Damn dude sorry. Went out and looked and I must have thrown it in the woodstove thinking I really wouldnt need it again. Hopefully someone who knows how to do it real good could help you out. I had to follow the directions close since I wasnt sure what I was doing.

it's the same directions as for the Nelson Harness. the PCM Pin goes to slot #42 of the Blue connector on the PCM. The loose wire with no end gets tapped into the a/c clutch turn on wire, that wire is located in the harness right behind the alternator/ the red box. The wire color is green, but I forget if it's the one with the stripe or not, if you crawl under the truck and look at the a/c compressor there is two wires plugging in behind the compressor pulley, that's the same wire, note it and find it up near the alternator and use a T-Tap to connect. The relays you'll need are 30/40 Bosch style relays, it's a typical automotive relay and looks like these:
