Well, my 3-piece engine covers finally got here; thanks Midnight. After looking at them, i can't figure out how in the hell to bolt them up...
can anyone tell me how these things fit on the engine? by the way the center is already on.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but our valve covers don't have the threads to bolt them down.
I bought a 3 piece engine cover to put it on my 99 and had the same issue.
That's not to say you can't buy some new valve covers or rig up some brackets, but they won't bolt down as is.

haha no wonder they wouldn't go together. i think i'll make some brackets out of some of the 3/16 aluminum plate we've got laying around the house
thanks for the tip.
