Ha Ha Thats Great Whats Funny Is When They Would Pull Up Beside My 79 Trans Am(that I No Longer Have) At A Red Light And Rev Up There Little Fart Cans When Im Lopping So Hard You Can Count Each Time It Hits

so are they considered rice just because they are imports?
Rice to me is the big *** wings, the unpainted side skirts or front bumpers, etc etc. I've seen some very fast "rice" before.
