My Dad had a 74 Buick Gran Sport with a 455 that he wishes he would've kept. What sucks even more is that the guy he sold the car to sold it 2 years later to another local guy that proceeded to rip out the 455, replacing it with a 350, and painted white and blue flames all over it. It was a fairly rare car too.
I ran across a 68 a few years ago but I never really cared for the rear window angle or tail-lights/bumper on the 68's.

This is a friend of mine's 67 Impala. It has a 512 w/Procharger (D3R). It made 1300hp at the crank on 93 Octane Pump Gas . It was put on one of those trailer Chassis dynos at a super chevy show and broke the dyno. It's been 5.90 in the 1/8th blistering the 29 x 10.5 slicks. He hasn't been able to make a full 1/4 mile pass with this combo because the car got loose and hit the wall. It's currently getting repaired and should be back on the track in about a month looking for some 8 second slips. Here are a few pics.
