Default Fuel pressure regulator

It seems GM discontinued the adjustable fpr for our trucks. Parts guy told me discontinued aug 05 Part # 1257-4986. Any one had any luck getting a replacement ? Thanks. Truck is back together, trying to run down a few lose ends and get up with the tuner (Gomer ). Probably Friday...anctious but not in a hurry.
