Not my first experience with plastic by the way...I painted that 450R in my sig. Did it myself with professional guns cost me $150 in materials. To have it done I was quoted anywhere from $700-$1500. Lot of work...I had over 20 hours just in sanding on that thing. This kind of plastic was easy to get paint to stick to compared to that stuff

I was just refering to all the ricers having painted intakes. Most seem to think a coat of spray paint will get them 10 more HP. I was just picking on you, it looks good.

I stole the idea from dirt_track_racer_81, but the more research I do over on Tech about these the more of them I find are painted...I wish my truck was black, I woulda done the intake Hugger orange, as well as my interior accents

I think it looks great. I would go with silver rails and use black AN fittings.
