I agree, just noting I think GM is thinking this is putting the final blows to Ford. But I agrre with ya. This just isn't good in the long run for GM, especially it's past customers.

i was suposed to be done with them before i got my truck. i was looking for a ford and found a deal i couldnt pass on my truck. chevy is on its way down. they do everything backwords. fords on the same ship IMO...

my next truck will probably be a toyota.

My next truck will be a diesel ccsb 4wd from whatever manufacturer that makes the best/lasting product and I have a feeling it isnt going to be a GM product.

My truck is an 02 w/ original owner. Is mine covered? Or do i need to sell it to a dealership and buy it back?

Mine is a 05 still under warranty, so is it now extended to 100K?

As hard as this is to say and it hurts me deeply, I also think if I get another truck, it will also be a Toyota. I ve been paying on this truck for 2 yrs now and I still cant get payoff on either trade or private sale. AND I got this one below employee pricing. When GM did the 0% and employee pricing, it flooded the used car market and the bottom fell out of used cars.

Every used chevy I looked at had a payoff of +$2k over blue book.
