GMT800: 1/2T vs 3/4T for towing

Here's a pristine looking one with the ultra rare Quadrasteer option:
I daily drive a 2500 2wd suburban (actually bought a second 4x4 as a project). Both of mine came from the rural area north of DFW. I still see them for sale out there, just not as common.
Edit: link doesn't work. Maybe because it's FBMP? Here's a screenshot:

Thanks boys, keep posting trucks for sale!
4x4, 6.0, '01-'06 (no iron heads), no rust, under 200K. Prefer as close to stock as possible. Heated seats a big plus. Don't care if it's a Suburban or YXL
I understand the 8.1 is the better option for big towing stock for stock, but my familiarity with the LS platform and aftermarket support dictates that a 6.0 makes the most sense for me. Long term plan would be a low boost turbo setup.

Here's another one with very low miles in Houston. 6.0/4x4. Can probably negotiate the price with cash on hand.
I can tell you the frames and suspension down here look almost brand new. I overhauled the front suspension of my 99 Silverado NBS a few months ago and some of that black wax from the factory was still intact. Worst is maybe a bit of surface oxidation here and there on the frames. Nothing to take action on

2000 LQ4's had iron heads
"For 2001, the 6.0-liter V8 in 2500-series Suburbans gained 20 hp (15 kW; 20 PS) from a number of changes including aluminum cylinder heads. "
Aluminum heads are more desirable for a couple reasons:
Lighter
Reject heat more easily, which is advantageous for eventual boost
Easy to pull out broken exhaust studs with a welder
Available in many junkyards if replacement is needed
