Default Good 4l60e/4l80e manuals?

I was wondering if anyone makes a good manual for these two transmisions. I'm going to be doing a 4l80e swap, but would also like to know more about whats going on inside as well. I already have the Haynes repair manual which did TONS of good and I learned a lot, but doesn't cover the transmision that much.
