Cool. I'll be in the truck in the sig, with agriculture tags. I sure hope the weather cooperates. It's warm, humid, windy, and rainy right now.

Good luck with the race! With the times you ran stock, you should have no problem with him since you've added boltons. It still could be close if his truck is one of the good running ones. I still predict you'll get him on the topend anyway. Your mph is awesome for when it was stock.
My Quad cab Hemi ran a 14.9 but only 88.9 mph. Good luck and post the results and/or video.
Woops, I looked at the wrong sig, Seeing Red. I see you don't have any mods but still should be ok.

Clean your rearview mirrors so you can let us know how much you took him by!

i already read over in DTW that the Chevy took the Hemi with a first run of 14.7et. The Hemi first ran a 16.8 or something horrible like that, and then caught a bit more traction on the second to run a 15.1et. Dont quote me on these, im doing it off of memory. Sounds like a freakishly fast bowtie to me. As for the Hemi, i think a posi rear end would help his traction problems... I am from DTW but have owned GM trucks before and like em just as much, and im glad to see some friendly racin going on...

i can hear the hemi people now responding to it by saying

1 he's modded

2 the hemi is a work truck

3 you weight less

4 there's no way a hemi can loose.

great to see this is over, so the smaller engine smaller hp truck won..

was there any video of it?
