Well final verdict for those who might be able to use the info for their own situations.
Final settlement offer was $14,8xx.xx with sales tax included.
Just goes to show that standing your ground against an insurance company isn't a wasted effort. If they can't find a comparable truck for you then they have no way to adjust a value on a truck that they cant find.
I can't help but think that after myself bending over backwards for them for a few weeks and making a simple request for their license/certification for insurance claims didn't hurt my situation either.
I'll be buying it back and making due with it till I have the money saved I want to put down on a 2010 or 2011 truck with low miles.
I guess a rare optioned truck is only worth as much as you're willing to settle for.
