Well there are a lot of things that can be done with a cluster swap. On the GMT800 there is no programming necessary. You can put in a cluster with "0" miles and go. Just beware using the Tech 2 scan tool, I can see mileage on the PCM and BCM. If they do not match the cluster mileage then, well you get the point.......

As for the radio, now you know why you don't see a lot of factory navs around because of the cost. I bought it when I made real money.... Now I would never be able to get one again. Look for them used some of them now go for 400 or so. That was why on my cluster I didn't drive it for one day until the cluster came in and it had the run hours and miles I told them to program on it and you had to sign and fax a form to them certifing the hours and miles.

Yeah i seen several on ebay new for 1500.. I would like to look at one in someones truck and see all the real options it has before i shell out that kinda money.
