Default guessing my 1/4 mile

after some "safe" tuning...15*WOT, 11.5 AFR...and I have the Alcohol turned off right now. I did a 0 to 100mph blast off. I notice that alot of trucks 13.5 to 12.5 times are in between 98 to 103mph for the 1/4. My friend has a wrx and crosses at 97mph and pulls down a 13.8.

Looking at my HPT Scan...I start moving at 8.722 seconds and hit 100MPH at 21.561. Couple quick clicks of a calculator shows 12.639 seconds to get to 100.

I know depending on alot of things determines different things. I know I know you can run under 100 and barely break 13.5 and you can run a 100 and get a 12.5....lots of stuff, gears, stall, blah blah blah.

Just trying to get a feel. I have a GTech, but it said at 98mph I was at 13.7...not as per the HPT scanner....I was at 11.928 at 98mph. I don't have my weight correct on that GTech.

Just seeing where I stand now...once I get some alocohol, tune for it, and calibrate that MAF...I'll see where I stand again. Whatcha guys/gals think?

With your mods I would be extremely surprised to see anything over 12's. Youve got a pretty sick setup.

I never really read your sig before, I agree with green. Nice selection of parts. I bet they work well together.

we seem to have similar setups, or will when I am complete with my install. How much does your truck weigh?

That's why I answered as you in F8L's post...I can't believe his ec weighs only 5200. I haven't weighted mine...it's on my to do list but I definitely give 5500 easy.

In street trim most ECSB 4x4s should weigh around 5300-5500lbs.

my truck had the following done:

No tailgate 45lbs
No rear seat 65lbs
No trailering gear 35lbs?
1/2 tank of gas
stock wheels/tires
remove my subwoofer boxes
and a few other things I cant remember lol

When I was N/A I had raceweight down to 4900lbs. The turbo FMIC and other crap weighed me back down.

The scale may not be 100% accurate but its consistant and located at the track.

I just left work an hour ago...stopped by the junk yard..weighed 5440 without me in it. The fuel was a tick under full...let's say 13/16's of a tank. I also have the hard cover over the bed. Now I have the 6.0, 4l80...sorry I doubted ya F8L!!!

Wow, I was figuring 5600 without me. Cool..now I know.

Tell me about it...I always weighed in at 195 evertime I went to the doc and the one time I had to go in for surgery and with gown I weighed 183. Damn, those jeans are heavy!

So back to my thread...it's all about me ...with that knowledge(weight) I entered 5650 into the GTech for weight and recalibrated and STILL ran a 13.6. BUT, It never dawned on me before...I have been so worried about safe tuning, broken trans, converter, vibration...(I had a warped/bent flywheel...YIKES) that I never bothered with trans tuning. I looked at my GTech and it has me shifting 3/4 at 4700!!!! What!?!?!? I have the rpm WOT set at 5850. I can't remember the speed @ WOT....hmmm....I thought BOTH have to be passed before it shifts. I don;t doubt I am losing a second or at least a half second with the way early shift.

I am so good at turning general threads into tuning threads and vice a versa...LOL

Judging my old set up vs yours and your extra weight, I'd say low 12's. An 11.90 would be sweet!
I know mine had a 12.20-12.30 in it with weight reduction.
