i bypassed a few min ago... just unhooked one of them lines and ran it back to the thermostat housing.. got to get some antifreeze tom.

Tomorrow im goin to visit my grandparents and get my taxes done... then i might come home and put it on.. i got to get that dang Yamaha Big Bear out of the shop tom... thats a $100 in my pocket. and my cousin owes me $95 for some accessories i ordered for his Rubicon. So that should cover my Heater Core and all my goodies for the W/A Intercooler. But if i dont get it up and goin, i might take Friday off and get it all done. Its still goin to be another week before i get them Injectors. These 40 hour a week paychecks SUCK!! I have to get my brothers welder tom also while im out that way...

SO MUCH TO DO AND SO LITTLE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it leaking? I was prepared to mine a few months ago when it was making that gurgling noise....but got lucky and took out an O-ring inside the one tube end...which solved my problem. It looked to me like it would have been an all day job. Why can't they put the damn thing on the other side of the firewall like the old Ford's did
I did a search around here before when I was going to do mine....and couldn't find jack ****.

If it's not leaking in the cab....maybe try to take off the heater hoses, and reach inside the one (I forget which one but I "think" it was the one closest to the driver's side)....anyway, reach inside the H/C tube itself with a small pick...like a hook tool, and feel around for the rubber O-ring. Mine pulled out with little effort as it was deteriorationg like a ****. Maybe it's causing a clog inside of your's and not allowing the coolant to circulate properly ??? If it's leaking...you're done, and will def. need to replace. If it's just gurgling and not working properly, you might get lucky like I did. They say the O-ring is to keep it from gurgling, but it winds up making it gurgle once it starts to deteriorate. It's worth a shot.
