Default Heater not working

My heater on my 00 silverado barely gets warm. It almost seems like the switch isn't turning the heat all the way on, but only half the way.

Has anyone has this before?

Changed your coolant yet? The dexcool is notorious for plugging heater cores and radiators. Look at it, if it's brownish you better change it quick before it plugs up everything. Also make sure to flush the cooling system.
