Horn keeps blowing fuse- help!

Default Horn keeps blowing fuse- help!

My horn keeps blowing the 15amp horn fuse, anyone else have this problem? I have inspection this month, what do you guys think it is?

My 2000 Silverado use to do the same thing. It's one of the horns itself. I found out which one was bad by unplugging one at a time and see which one works without the fuse blowing.
The one that went bad on mine was on the passenger side.

that happened to me, I think it was because water somehow got into the horn.
bought a new horn, all good.
