Had a 97 Caddy Deville, A grandma parked her deceased husbands Durango in the trunk one day while I was at work.
Tore the stock horns out of it and put them in my truck. Let me tell you that the Caddy horns were a Direct plug in, had to "adjust" the bracket a bit for the HI side horn but definitely LOUD. Alot louder than the Civic sounding ones that were in there to begin with. It was Easy as hell my 7 year old did most of the wrenching while dad here watched!

You can do them from underneath the truck. Not too hard, but you have dirt falling on your face while you work. I usually pull the grille and lights, and do them from the top. Might take a couple minutes longer, but I stay cleaner and happier. Pick your poison. They're easy.
