How big is the gas Tank in your 2500HD

Google them and you can find one. There about a grand if I remember right

Oh just a basic fabricated steel style replacement tank. I can make an Aluminum one an get a bladder made at cost through a freind for alot less...

Yeah, or get one of those in-bed auxiliary fuel tanks and plumb it to pump gas into the factory tank as you are driving down the road.
Fuel transfer, etc.

My dad used to have one of those, and it was nice to have when you're a couple hundred miles from the nearest gas station and the gas gauge shows empty . Close to 700-800 mile range going from well-site to well-site. Not so nice to fill up though .
