parrish, your combo cost about the same as a gen 2 L stock. no doubt. but i cant buy a comparably equiped trucks for the same. your truck have leather?6disc indash? 18x9.5 wheels wrapped in 305 F1 tires? Bilistien shocks? tranny, rear, blah blah?

dont get me wrong. your truck is as impressive as the Johnny Lightning 9.90 truck. yours just hasnt run the number yet. i am willing to bet you can, though gonna be a challange on 4wd. but if i bought your truck even at the discounted price you got, and sent it to a shop like MTI/FMS/etc no way it could be done for 30K and be reliable and done right.

besides i think the original question is why arent the radix guys running what the Ls are running. the 5.3 LSx motor is far superior getting the air in and exhaust out.

How much money would it take to make a base model F150 run like a Ford L? Could it be done alot cheaper, or would it end up taking alot more money? Just curious, because it seems that Gm trucks can be built alot faster/cheaper by the customer over their performance trucks. What kind of numbers are the stock new 04 f150s putting down? Thanks
