Aluminum will flex more with heat, but I don't see RPM being much of an issue considering the rotating assembly is balanced.

How many LS1 blocks you see breaking from spinng up past 6500? The 5.3 is probably a lil stronger due to the smaller bore. You'll be fine, Put a t-rex in it and shift when the engine stops pulling...

You have a 10.7:1 5.3? What did you do to achieve that CR?

well the L33 engine came with flat top pistons and 799 heads so i milled my heads to around 59-60ccs.. i was thinking compression around 10.4-10.5 but when we put the info on a compression calculator it said 10.7.. so im assuming thats what it is.. might be wrong tho.. correct me if soo..

yes it us.. and the heads milled 35thousand would put me at what compression?.. i was told i was at 59.44cc chambers.. and when i input that info into a compression calculator it said 10.7.. but i was thiking more like 10.4-10.5... since i went 5cc less i would go 5 points up making it 10.4 but idk.... i was just saying what the calculator told me when i pluged in the numbers..
