IHe worked for some company that dealt with the petro chemical industry, they made or serviced something to do with carbon but I'm not certian. He did not put all the miles on them himself.

I have 53000 miles on mine. I have blown up 2 transmissions and I am currently on my third one. I am also currently on my 3rd posi unit as well. I have replaced the brake pads in the front even thou they really didnt need to be changed just for security.
I have had one water leak, one console latch broke,cluster problem,and a check engine light come on once for a misfire (probably cause of running cold plugs).
I havent had any problems with the engine what-so-ever.
