That sucks I was hoping for more than that. I've heard some people were running around in 2500's getting 18+mpg

well... wait4me says his fuel tunes can get at least 3mpg better. I saw about that when he did mine. You should talk to him... hes a sponser to the right--->

He also has it so where u can have your fuel ("economy") tune and than when u hit the tow/haul *** button it will be programmed differently as far as the transmission goes... his fuel saving tuning goes as far as fuel mapping for specific octane of fuel and transmission shifts.

I get between 16 - 17.5 mpg on the highway in my 2500, I am trying acetone to see if I can get a little more out of it.

lol don't waste your time, I tried Acetone in mine and on average I got 12.5-12.75 after I stopped using it the last two tanks have been 13.55 and 13.21 what's weird is that for some reason I thought before using the acetone I was getting 11.5-12.5

IF you enable lean cruise mode you can pick up 3-4mpg on the highway

I have heard about the lean cruise mode from LS1TECH and saw in numerous posts that it is not doable. Is there something in our PCM or ECM that is different than a F-body computer system?
I am going to eventually buy HP Tuners and was wondering of this lean cruise mode was even possible.
