Default hydroboost brakes/power steering problem

So I recently purchased an 01 LB7 rclb zf6 4x4 with 180xxx km/110xxx miles for 2000 bucks, replaced the injectors and she runs perfect.....except my brakes and power steering sucks!

At idle (parking lots) I have practically no powersteering at all. Once I get the rpm up I have all kinds. Also when Im stopping I have alot of brake pulsation, Originally I thought it was the abs, so I pulled the fuse and it didnt fix it. So that canceled out the abs.

Now the other day I noticed it pulsates worse if Im holding the clutch in or have the truck in neutral vs when the truck is in gear and clutch out, almost leads me to believe I have a power steering pump issue or hydroboost issue? I also check for warped rotors by checking the run out on the rotors and they seem to be out of spec (.090") but wouldnt this cause them to pulsate everytime with the clutch in or out, in gear or out of gear?

Any suggestions or reccomendations would be great appreciated

(also I noticed the power steering fluid is a little bit low, not very much though, it is an orange colour, shouldnt it be clear?
