I tried e-mailing Starr Performance.....that was a week ago and still no response from them

I wanted to find out what kind of mods it would take to put that thing on a truck (few if any I would think)

that might be just what you were looking for yelo, well, besides the cost of the "E" ticket.

I GOT A RESPONSE !!!!!.....HERE'S THE E-MAIL IN IT'S ENTIRETY:

Hi Al,

Many apologies for not returning your email sooner.

You are quite accurate in your research. Our kit comprises a twin screw compressor which is manifold mounted and water-air intercooled. The 2.3L compressor is suitable for power up to 650-700 HP, The 3.3L compressor is good up to 1000 HP. Our kit will definitely fit your engine, however you will need to ensure you have sufficient under bonnet clearance as well as clearance between the engine and firewall. As a guide, compare current model Pontiac GTO clearances with yours, as our kit fits the GTO.

Our kit is very comprehensive (and does include uprated injectors), however custom tuning will be required when the kit is installed. We are more than happy to help with this project. Let me know if there is any further info required.

Thanks and regards,

Dan Faber

It's big for a LS1, but it's still not some engine-block-sized 14-71.
