Default I need help, cant get truck to start, no spark

After swapping on a new intake manifold, I cant get the truck to start. After many attempts of fixing what was believed to be wrong timing or 180* out, I dont seem to be getting any spark at the plugs.

Truck is 2000 4.3 S10
I have replaced all of these: Cap, rotor, distributor, coil, ignition module, plug wires and plugs.(All of these have been replaced AFTER we could not get it running, one by one)

Never unhooked any grounds except the firewall to hood ground, hood is removed. Only thinks unhooked were on top of manifold: Cam sensor in distributor, map sensor, EVAP sensor, coil plug, ignition module, 2 plugs on TB, 2 plugs on A/C compressor, coolant temp sensor.

The coil does seem to be putting out power. I am getting fuel.

Now, with swapping on this new manifold, my injectors are going from 19lbers to 24lbers. Still with stock tune modified by Blackbear performance.

Its getting to a point I will have to pay someone to come fix the truck. I need some help finding the problems. Got some questions, just ask.

try the cam sensor.
Silver mod o just had a thread going last week about having no spark. Turned out to be a bad Cam Sensor.

Cam sensor comes new with the distributor.

Well it finally throwing a code, 1351: Coil High Voltage

Did some searching online. Looks like a bad one, everyone that says they have the code cannot find the problem after replacing everything like I have. And everyone that replys to them is baffled at what the cause is.

""Well ,I think I got 'er done. By the way I have a 99 Blazer w/4.3. (sorry I didn't mention that).Any how I replaced the coil and all seems fine. I went to the library and got a book on codes, it is called OBD11 Diagnostic Fault Codes by Peter David. It explained alot about the code mystery. I also put on a new dist. cap, rotor, and crank sensor. Next is oil line replacement. Thanks for your help.""

There is a pretty long test to diagnose this code.
Only 2 PARTS could be fault either the Ignition Control Module and or the VCM (Vehicle Control Module).
I will say, though it looks like the wiring from the VCM to the ICM could also be faulty.
It really should be professionally diagnosed as it looks like parts could add up.

found that. try another coil.
