Hey guys, just last nite my 04 silverado single cab was backed into and the bumper, lights, ect all got smashed in. the color my of truck is silver birtch. got a estimate and it turns out that the SS bumper is only 8 dollars more than my stock one. the downside is they only come in black, red, blue. Heres where i could use the help. how much do u think it would cost to have that bumper painted silver birtch?? is it worth it or should i just get the same ol crap bumper put back on?? if anyone knows anything about the prices or have done it themselves let me know!! thx

for someone to prep it and to paint it will run you about 200. I think they look nice so you might want to go with one. If I had the money I would get one!! But that is more or less what it will cost you.

They make a silver birtch SS now, and got rid of the blue.

 

ahh that is so good to hear. im gonna half to have the body shop look into that one. i am assuming they started this year? will it still fit on an 04 with no problems?

 

To get the bumper painted should only run you about $200-$300 for a quality job. Check out my pics if you are curious what it will look like.

 

we have the exact same truck.. that looks really nice man. im diggin those SS bumpers, especially on the single cab.. perfect pics for me to get an idea. right on..
