Moog is usually a good option, But I know in the past when I have installewd a bolt on lift kit from RCD, Fabtech, Rough Country, Cognito etc. They have came with beefier tie-rods and such..check with a few companies and see..
-Or you could easily fab your own with chromoly tubing to sleave o.e rods, and then use Heim's with grade 8 hardware..I have done that a few times

ive done a few lift kits on the gmt800-900 and cognito is one of the better upgrades i found this and installed it on my 3500 with 10" lift and 37's
its pricey but very beefy. the centerlink weight about 50-60 lbs and its solid billet
you use moog tie rod ends with the kit and they are equal to about a 1" fine thread bolt.
not sure if this kit will work on the 1/2 ton trucks .

I installed them on my truck after breaking a sleeved set and would never go back.
