Are the tie rods at an extreme angle due to the truck being lowered maybe? Sounds wierd that inner tie rods would go bad so quickly unless something else is going on...

Might not be the tie rods at all. My truck started popping in the front end and it turned out to be the front crossmember had play. There is a TSB about this

lowering mostly puts the rods closer to lateral than askew

my truck pops also everytime I turn and I just had the dealership replace my tie rods. im factory height with rims that the dealership put on the truck.
