The guy that bought my cam has a JG edition and he said that he had a 4.8 and he dropped a radix in with just 300 miles on the truck! I guess that means that he wasnt supercharged to begin with. His truck is also a five speed. I guess you can get them in any form or fashion as far as drivetrain is concerned.

It is isnt it. Are you gonna do it yourself? Have you decided on a tune yet? Did your truck come supercharged from factory?

Mine came naturally asp. Yeah I'm doing the cam install. It will be my first dive into an LS motor. From everything I've read it's going to be a lot easier than a Gen 1 motor. Mine isn't even a fully loaded out Gibbs. I only gave $23k out the door. It doesn't have the gibbs front clip but it did come with:
4.8 5speed
billit grill
gibbs wheels/tires
gibbs shocks
custom shifter & gauges
Corsa cat back

The options were $3700 on top of the price of truck. It's a base model truck that is pretty much loaded out. I was looking for a loaded out base model that was black and just stumbled across it when doing dealer searches at the dealership. I didn't know it was a Gibbs until they called. I didn't know they even made a NA truck, much less RCSB!
