Default just went over 250k miles

i know its not the most impressive milestone, but it was pretty cool seeing my '97 suburban go over the quarter million mile mark last week. on the original motor. its gone through 2 water pumps and a starter, but the rest of the motor is bone stock. been using synthetic oil from day one and i think that makes a huge diff. just goes to show that these motors are pretty good when you take care of them. just wanted to share my truck's accomplishment.

Not an impressive milestone, my a$$. Most people don't keep their vehicles after hitting 6 digits.

If a vehicle is still running at the quarter million mile mark, I say that is great!

you guys beat me. my 2001 has almost 90,000 and it is currently on it's 5th engine and 12th transmission. it's back bone stock now though so maybe i wont need another engine for 200k or so lol.

the original 5.3 that came in my truck is still alive and pumping strong behind a turbo truck for the last 4 or 5 years...ducky is the member on here.
