Not sure which suburban you have or which engine but since the L31 5.7L Vortec is the most common, I am under the impression that is what you have. And yes, the 350 is a strong engine and properly maintained will keep on running strong!

I loved my 99 K2500 suburban with the L19 454 I wish I would have had the room to keep it.

Mine is still sitting at 252,7xx (for the past month). Just got the 6.0 all buttoned up tonight. Need to install battery, tune, prime and start. Should be this weekend.

My '05 Sierra has just over 50K on it. A guy I was friends with had a '05 Yukon with over 300K on it when he sold it, and another guy has 220K on his 00' Silverado. The LS engines are definitely impressive for gas motors.


Then the 5.9 Cummins show up and hit 1,000,000+ miles.
