Make sure to get a pink or green neon light license plate holder. This mod is worth an additional 10RWHP, even more if you increase voltage to it and make it brighter.

Naaa. He doesn't have one because that means he would actually have to install something on his truck. I guess he could put it next to the rest of the pile waiting for someone to come along and install it.
