Default LB7 in 2005 Suburban? BCM issues?

I've got the urge to build myself a "towing suburban". I like the LB7 (I have a 2002 2500HD with the LB7/Allison), so I'm envisioning digging up an 03-04.5 LB7 truck (ideally hit in the back or broken frame), pulling everything out of it, and then swapping it into my 2005 Suburban. My question is regarding the BCM compatibility. Is there any reason I couldn't use the 03-04.5 ECU with the 05 BCM of the Suburban?

I don’t think that’s a problem but if you want to know for sure post it up on Duramax Diesels. KidTurbo on there knows this stuff like no one else.
