Thumbs up Leaky water pump fixed itself???

Couple weeks ago I noticed some spots under the truck, figured it's the infamous water pump gasket leak, no big deal. Didn't have time to fix it then, so I just topped off the reservoir (took about 1.5 gallons ) and have been checking it every few days. Ever since I filled it up, it has not leaked a drop as far as I can tell, no spots on the driveway or anything. I'm guessing that the system is now pressurized enough to keep it from leaking? What do you guys think?

Wait until it gets hotter outside and the cooling system actually builds up pressure. It'll leak
