ahhh i forgot all bout him. i wondered why ls1tech wasnt so funny anymore. no more post on rippin on him!!! looks like he is back to his usual self

I'm not registered over there I don't think. Tell Hit Man X to scrap the TSS gapless rings. I've heard of them creating too much vacuum on decel and pulling oil through the valve seals.

OR Hit Man X - If you just happen to read this maybe go for some different rings.

I heard the same thing from a freind here in town. That cant be a good thing at all.

On sudden decel from heavy acceleration is when the motor sees the most vacuum, usually at least a couple inches of merc higher than normal. I think SJH may have measured how much vacuum he saw with the gapless rings. I know he took them off cause they were creating problems with oil control through the vavle seals.
