How do you do that? Do you need a spacer or something?

You can use adapters or have the hubs redrilled for the 5 lug pattern. Redrilling is the best bet; and probably the only way to run skinnies in the front.

Who makes 17" dim, 4" wide rims?
Who has redrilled their hubs?

How about just getting the a rim narrowed. I know I have heard about a few places that widen wheels, I am sure they could narrow them just as easy.
