Default lowering kit sugestions

Ive got a 2000 GMC Sierra regular cab i want to put a 2-4" drop on it. I need sugestions on what brand and where i can order the kit from. Ive been looking at some of the kits and dont know which one i want, i thought that dropped spindles should be used but all the kits ive seen either have lowering springs or lower control arms. Im asuming that the lower control arm is the better way to lower it, but what kinda diference in ride quality with just the springs. Any help is appreciated, bc ive never lowered a vehicle before.

Do not buy off brand stuff it might not be good quality. Also if you want to keep stock ride do not use leaf spring out back. I did and it rides a little choppier. There was already a discussion on this and maby one of the forum directors will read this and can post a link as a reply. Lower control arms in front is better than springs though. I could tell you your options and what is best all day But I hate typing. Hopefuly they will post a link for you there was tons of stuff on there.
