Then car water pump it is (Camaro, Vette?), because my truck one has 120k miles on it vs. the LS3 TB with less than 1k miles....easy decision. Seems like I saw a link somewhere for spacer kit so will go back and search. Just need to iron out the fuel rails and connections now. thanx

You want an ls1 water pump with dirty dingo spacers. As for fuel rails if you plan to turbo you could get some fast or the like ls3 rails and an aeromotive fpr.

Thanks...yeah so thats where I saw that along with the idler spacer mentioned earlier. Fast rails no problem, but my regulator is in my flex fuel pump in the tank. I don't think anyone produced a variable one yet for a returnless that stayed in business. A return system upgrade (bigger pumps, lines, and variable regulator) maybe have to if I run short but for now later later later after I catch my breath from this. The LS3 rails maybe undersized for my purpose of 850 rwhp, plus the inlet points to 3 oclock vs. my truck hose coming from the 6 oclock. I was hoping to get the rails and transition part numbers to hose in the pic posted sitting on the LS3 intake. I would be happy to pledgerize the setup.

I'm sure it's already been stated, but for this to work, I used an LS1 water pump, dirty dingo spacers and idler relocation. Also had to cut the alternator bracket for the tb to fit.

Ah my bad I read your post wrong. I thought you wanted to convert to return style. I am not sure about the fuel lines.

Nice.

Probably will end up going the way you described, but humor me here...if I fabricated a spool piece (pipe with two flanges) or really thick TB spacer to put between the intake and the throttle body to move it forward a few inches, would I still need to do any of the other? Just trying to understand if it is only the TB hitting obstructions or if the intake is toe into something.

thanx

Haha I've thought about it because I had a similar issue but when I measured the spacer that would need to be built is around 3"

No problem, was hoping maybe somebody came up with a variable regulator for returnless....but I figured you didnt catch I was staying returnless for now. Your post still helped. thanx

Truck mani, NNBS water pump, and LS3 injectors with spacers I already have. Car water pump ~ $150, spacers ~ $80, cutting the alt bracket and relocating idler... for how much of a gain over the truck mani??? I wish they made an affordable aftermarket intake that was decent.
