Mercedes flip key for our trucks?

I saw a key kit that utilizes the flip key. It states that it is universal. Anyone have done this?

Seems cool, but I've never seen it on other vehicles. I wouldn't do it if it will cost a lot. The key only starts your vehicle. nothing more.
