Way got My oil changed today it seems like the engine always sounds a little more quiet at take off with fresh oil.

i went from mobil 1 to oreillys synthetic. i used to add a quart of lucas every change,before i parked it(my truck). now they want 30 bucks for a qt of lucas...jesus. used to be 8 bucks.

I went from mobil 1 to oreillys synthetic, the orielly brand has to be the cleanest oil out of the bottle that I have ever seen.
I'm oldschool, oil & filter change every 3K, oil still looks very clean when its changed. Last week the valve covers from my 219K Burb were taken off to powder coat and the inside of the cylinder head is as clean as a new crate engine.

I run Mobil 1 and a good filter regularly to 10k and it's around 40-50%. I do have faith in it's accuracy.
