Mounting front license plate on 06 Silverado

I don't use a front plate either. It takes away from the look. I too found that Chevrolet doesn't offer a front license braket either.
Therefore, until I get a ticket from it, it will stay off.

I second that. How did you do that Colby 04. It looks like a photo, but almost like it was drawn. Very cool.

I went to the hardware store and bought some black nylon spacers and some longer screws. I will let you know how it turns out.

I am still wanting a better "fix" than a handful of hardware. I would like a nice bracket that looks decent. So I am still hoping for more suggestions.

It's called 'tooning....as in "cartoon". The photoshop gods take an everday photo, like the one below and chop it down enlarge the wheels, add some shading and sparkle, then use a filter to give it a cartoon look. He went the extra mile added a cool hood, shaved the door handles, chopped the top and added the missing bowtie. I've since then got a color matchd bowtie. The picture below is what the guy started with when he made this for me
