He said he'd send me a "ready to go" PCM. So just put it in and were golden. If this motor takes any longer I may have the money to just buy some dual gold springs and run the new cam...

No LSx10... no update Im gonna order the main bearings, and then pistons from 1FastBrick on friday and see where he's at maybe. I dont wanna seem like a pain in the *** since I called last weekend or so.

well I dont really expect much to have gotten done the past few days being new years, etc. So Im gonna call the shop on friday and just check up again. Maybe he'll be done, just maybe.

Got the pistons comin in (thank you 1 fast brick!!) and my trans brace will be there the 8th (thank you Gmracer!!!) and I picked up the knock sensor grommets I needed and I should be all set. Just need to reassemble in hopes that the block will be done soon. Next is save for the Tune, and set aside some money to get the DS shortened and some cash for Thunder550 because were gonna have a long weekend here pretty soon
Anticipation is endless...

correct. He said he'd run it with a ballhone 1st since some of the cross hatching was present and it looks like coolant, and other gunk got glazed in there. Then if it still needed it he'd run it thru the machine. Then hes gonna polish up the crank. I probly should give him a call you think?

Well, good call 1FastBrick. Called the shop and he said he has been working on a set of heads for 3 days now but he said call him friday and it'll either be done or he'll have an exact date. Thank God! haha, keep your fingers crossed and hopes low

LOL!!! I have been down that road before... I know how they work. If you don't keep tabs on them, they push you on the back burner...
