Jim I would get a dynojet wideband commander they have SOOOOO many features, like a switchable input where if you meth pump goes out or is not on for some reason it will throw warning light on the windeband and all kinds of other stuff. I would rather have EGT then water temp but thats just me. I would get the nexus gauges if it werent for the fact I already got Cobalts.

lol he's got us all wondering what's up his sleeve. I'd like to say that the brown box that's kinda rectangular and long would be a tranny cooler of some sort maybe? that or a set of rods? I dunno. so many possibilities.

btw, hey chris, what other parts do you still have for sale? jw, I'm a parts junkie lol

I bet my carpet can beat your carpet!!!!

Big brown box was the intake manifold....next smaller brown box was intake manifold gaskets. Smallest one is a belt tensioner. Nothing too exciting unfortunately.

The UMI TB was pricey....I had to count my pennies for a long time....1...2...3...4...60000.....

Black and yellow box....mmmmm....Callies dragonslayer 4 inch stroke crank

LOL you guys....I don't have anything up my sleeve....current project is listed in my sig, that's what these parts are for

jakebdb - I have a garage sale thread here
https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=380220

Also have my cam for sale still, as well as the Radix, and a crank pinning kit, I think that's about it.

So you're thinking you'll have the dune buggy done soon? You better keep us updated with pics!!

Pistons are on the way!! Can't wait for Friday! Actually, a week from Friday, if everything goes well....that's when I may get the assembled shortblock back, then I can spend the weekend buttoning everything up. Optimistic completion date December 17

mmmm.... I wish I just had a lot of money to pour into my projects. once im outta college that'll change hopefully lol.

once I get batteries for my damn camera I'll post some pix. today I got some parts in:
weiand x-celerator single plane intake (we're gonna weld in some custom injector bungs)
all kinds of AN fittings for the fuel system
junk distributor off ebay to make the ignition timing setup with
stainless steel fuel line
your sensors
and that's it I think.

how much work is the machine shop doing to the motor? also, im too lazy to read back 10 pages and figure out what all is gonna be done in the end , so if you could enlighten me that'd be great
