Yeah no prob I'll just give you the rest of my parts too

Parts came in today, a day early!! Yay!

I got my crank, rods, arp bolts, bearings, timing set, and pushrods.

Still waiting on pistons, rings, head gaskets, heads, intake manifold, throttle body, cam, injectors/translator, and fuel rails

Looks like I'll be taking my block to the machine shop late next week to start the prep work

You are absolutely going to love the pure tq of a 408, I know my 418 put a smile on my face when I did a 4hi launch.
You think it'll be better than the Radix'ed 6.0?
"Don't care"???? We need to talk about your priorities

I think it will be better, when I drove turbogibbs 13psi 4.8 it got up and ran pretty good but you could feel teh power building whereas with my 418 it felt like it was already there and ready to throw me in teh back seat.

My priorities are shitty, like today I got home form work at about 3 and I have been sitting on the couch with the dog watching TV and playing on the internet. I just cant get motivated honestly. The truck just pisses me off, every time I touch it something else happens like the damn electrical controller that I told you about for the trans.

Bummer....I guess I understand, I'm like that with the DD I bought - got it so I could drive it while the truck is down. Needed a new cylinder head (got a parts car with a complete engine) - I got both of them torn down but haven't put anything back together

I just don't like working on that car. My truck, on the other hand....I still enjoy.

Anyway, the parts pile grew!!

Nice, I like it. Your wall will be getting to be like mine if you keep adding to that pile like that for another two months!

Thats a big *** ARP bolt

Can you get the PN for me, for as many times as I have taken that SOB off I should get one.

If you havent ordered your versafueler and injectors blacksheep has one for sale with some 96s, if only he would have posted it 2 weeks earlier I would have saved 300 bucks

I just ordered it yesterday

Crank bolt is ARP# 234-2503. It's actually only about 1/4" longer than the stock bolt. Weird. Looks huge though.
