Default My SS was sold by accident

Today was definetely(SP?) a Monday. I got called around lunch time by the salesman that sold me the truck yesterday and he told me that my truck had been sold by accident. Is that possible? The dealer in Oregon got rid of it before my salesman sealed the deal with them. Man was I pissed. Bad news turned good, I let the red one go and bought the silverbirch one. Same options as the red one plus XM radio, steering controls, and chrome wheels. This one was $1300 more expensive and they gave it to me at the cost of the red one.

What where my alternate options? Could I have fought to get that truck or have them special order me one just like it?

i think you got the better deal out of this. birch looks good. harder to notice scratches and easier to keep clean.

Only thing I didnt like on the silverbirch was the xm radio. After the free 90 day trial I will pull it off and install my indash dvd player I had in my 99!

Sounds like you did alright after all. Congrats on the new ride .

Wife and I test drove a 95 Blazer way back when. Decided we'd keep it. When we get back and tell the salesjack we'll take it, he tells us these other people bought it while we were test driving . WTF ???

But, ended good for us, too . Got a 96 the next day, dark red instead of green
