On that first noise you list, check your starter drive gear. I had a similar noise and pulled the starter to check out the flex plate/bell housing etc...and noticed that my starter drive was flopping around and it shouldn't have been. When I took off from a stop it'd move back, hit the flex plate and make noise then when I slowed down it'd move forward and no noise. Spent $25 at a starter/alt. shop and all is good.
