what kind of gas mileage do you get according the the driver information center?
tell me the specs too,
cc
ec
2wd or 4wd.

kinda wishing i woulda got the 6.0 instead of the 5.3.

my truck around town gets about 15, but on highway trips it will get 20-22 with the active fuel managment keeping it 65 and under.

i dont have enough miles on it yet to give an accurate reading but with about 75 miles it says im only getting about 9 mpg. i will say tho that it is steadily climbing. the first time i looked at it with about 20 miles it said like 6 mpg. i think the dealer let it idle for a long time and it is reflecting that. i will post it up the next full tank and give a more accurate mpg.

and also id like to now what other ppl who have the active fuel manaagement how much does it run in v4 mode. mine stays in v8 mode even with the slightest throttle. if i get up to highway speeds around 70 on level ground i can just lay my foot on the pedal to keep speed up and it will be in v8 mode.

Thats why you use cruise control, it should stay in V4 mode easier with the cruise. If you give to much throttle with out the cruise it will come out of it.
