Need help. Loud noise while driving
While driving, no matter how fast I'm going, if I turn my wheel a little bit to the left it makes a loud whirring noise. The furthe I turn the wheel, the louder the noise gets.I just took my 20's off and put the stock 17's back on, and didn't know if that was the cause of it. Any ideas of the cause?

Without actually driving your truck or being there in person to diagnose it, just off the cuff it sounds to me like your power steering pump is going bad. When you turn the wheel, the hydro pressure pumping from line to line may cause a screaming noise if the pump is failing. But on the other hand, I have heard the steering column bearing cause a squeeking noise like this, but not as pronounced as say a whine from the pump. Further diagnosis is required my friend.

How many miles on it? Probably a hub bearing more then likely. If you turn left to make it do it then its going to be the right hub bearing you will want to take a look at. Jack it up and grab the top and bottom of the tire and see if it will wiggle. If it does the bearing is junk. If it doesn't spin the tire and see if the noise happens to show itself.
