Default need schooled on fuel injectors

I'm in the middle of doin my tbss intake build with my spare intake I have came off a 03 3 bolt dbw throttle body on it I'm using the return style fuel rails and the injectors I pulled the numbers off the injectors and they are 32lb flex fuel injectors, so here's the question will these work for a 2000 style injector or do I need to get a differnt connector? The only reason I'm asking was these injectors were .20 longer than my stock injectors so I didn't have to modify the cross over tube just had to do some trimming on the intake and it all fit together. Plus I've wanted to get bigger injectors to help support other mods I will be doing 799 heads 215 218 cam plus the tbss intake and some giggle gas later on. Any info will help or any pics to help me.

I'm pretty sure the new injectors that you are going to use are EV6 connectors. So, yes you will need different connectors. What are the part numbers on your injectors?

The TBSS uses LS2 style injectors, right? If so, there ars adapters available. SLP makes an adapter (part number 12425).

LS2 injectors flow about 32#. LS1 injectors are 28#. What are the 5.3? Maybe 26#?

Depends on the part number. There are so many different damn injectors used on these motors, it's ridiculous.

looks like the uscar plug, also the same plug on the ev6 injector so get the adapters from fuelinjectionconnection.com I think it is. Good quality! Used them on mine. Just tried to go to the site to get you a part number and I guess the site is down at the moment! But the adapter is a minidelphi to uscar connector. Hope that helps!
