Use vacuum hose, not 3/8" tubing. Needs to be small & flexible. Here's a pic, for an example.

Huh? You won't be able to grab the plug with an open end wrench. They make spark plug sockets specifically for this.

What in theee hell is the problem here? I take it you are on a very limited tool supply?

oh no man , i have plenty of tools idk what these guy are posting about,,, im letting the header bolts sit over night sprayed in pb blaster
i am hoping i have enough to grab hold to when the header comes off the broken bolt is in the front at least

Thats with a ratchet, 2'' extension. Nothing fancy. A swivel would make it even easier.
